What started largely as a joke for myself and close friends a few years ago at my birthday party has become a true passion of mine - and has been lovingly encouraged by my nearest and dearest friends, hence why these are here now.
To be honest, I hadn’t anticipated how much joy painting these Drinks Menus would bring me, which is why I’ve kept it up. I don’t consider myself a painter or anything like that, it’s just for fun. They aren’t perfect! I was horrible at Art at School, I never considered drawing or painting until these, so it’s become a happy and fulfilling accident. Remind me to tell you the story of when I got kicked out of Art in High school…
The only ‘rule’ for the Drinks Menu is that it must contain your favourite animal and the rest is up to me. It’s very much a one and done piece; no edits, no amendments, no returns, that’s not the vibe. Sorry! I can also frame them at cost.
I should also say, any money I make from the menu’s I’ll be donating to a local food bank / charity.
